PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. raw nuts
1 c. sugar
1 sq. inch paraffin
1 pinch salt
8 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix together and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until peanuts pop. Add soda; quickly mix together. Spread on buttered foil paper. Cool, then break in pieces.
