G'S QUICK SAUCE 
1 med. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
1 clove garlic
Celery
Mushrooms
Thyme, oregano, basil
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, drained
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lb. box angel hair pasta or your favorite pasta
olive oil

Chop vegetables into chunky pieces. Saute in saucepan or large skillet, add tomatoes and tomato paste and spices, then simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Prepare pasta according to directions, serve with salad and bread for a quick and delicious meal.
