SPOON CORNBREAD 
1 stick butter
1 box Jiffy cornbread
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can corn (drained)

Melt the stick of butter in a baking pan in oven. Mix together the cornbread, egg, sour cream, and corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
