FESTIVE MOLDED SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. rum extract
3/4 c. canned egg nog
1 c. fruit salad - banana, apple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin
Juice from bottled cherries
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 1/4 cup cold water and rum extract. Measure out 3/4 cup gelatin and add eggnog to it. Pour into mold; chill to set, not firm, 25 minutes.

Drain fruits; save juice and add water to make 3/4 cup. Add banana, apple (cherries if desired) and chill. Dissolve black cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add measured liquid and remaining lemon gelatin; cool. Add remaining fruits and spoon over eggnog mix. Chill.
