FRUITCAKE 
Use 1 Pound Each of Candied Fruit:

raisins
mixed candied fruit
pecans (can add more)
dates, pitted
prunes, pitted
currants
coconut
candied pineapple
candied cherries
candied citron
fig preserves or candied figs (1 qtsp.)
3 c. sugar
1 lb. butter, softened
1 c. molasses
12 eggs
2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

After mixing these ingredients, add the fruit.

Bake in greased and floured Bundt pans at 300°F until done. Test with toothpick. Cool completely. Decorate with sliced candied pineapple and cherries.
