1 box dates, chopped
2 cans crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 pt. whipping cream
Sugar to taste
Sugar cookies (store bought)

Mix dates, pineapple and nuts. Layer 3 cookies with mixture, with date mixture on top. Set in refrigerator overnight. Beat whipping cream, add sugar. Cover with whipped cream.
