2 c. butter (4 sticks) 2 c. sugar 4 egg yolks 4 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1 (8-12 oz.) jar apricot jam Cream butter and sugar, then add egg yolks. Add flour a little at a time while still mixing, then add nuts. Put half of dough into 9"x13" ungreased pan. Spread evenly, then spread jam evenly on top. Spread rest of dough evenly over jam. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
