FRIED RICE 
1 c. rice, cooked according to directions
4 smoked pork chops, diced and cooked; smoked ham may be used
1/2 stick butter melted in large skillet
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
6 eggs, scrambled until half done
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Melt butter in large skillet, add rice, water chestnuts, mushrooms and diced meat. In another skillet scramble eggs until half done, add to rice mixture, stir until done. Add soy sauce, serve hot.
