HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. cubed cooked ham

Blend eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add the remaining milk. Stir in ham and 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour into a greased, 9-inch pie plate and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 2 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.
