EASY BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 or more garlic cloves, minced
1/2-1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. water
2 cans tomato soup
2 tsp. chili powder
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook beef until light brown. Saute onion and garlic in pan, in excess grease. Then discard the grease. Mix in water, soup and chili powder and cook a few minutes. Break spaghetti into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour on sauce mixture and stir until well mixed. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover. Stir, add cheese to top, do not stir in. Bake another 15 minutes. Mum had this and it was good with garlic bread and salad.
