1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 to 7 tbsp. milk

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add to softened butter and mix well. Add 3 tablespoons milk. Add milk until icing is creamy and add vanilla.
