CHOCOLATE GLAZE 
1/3 c. (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat, stir in confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.

Pour glaze over top of cool cake. Makes 1/2 cup glaze.
