SIX-WEEKS BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans

Blend oil, eggs and buttermilk. Add cereal and let stand until cereal softens. Stir all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture. Grease muffin tins (small or medium size is best). Bake at 400 degrees for 15- 18 minutes. Keep unused mixture in refrigerator. Will last for 6 weeks.
