TEX MEX 
1 jalapeno bean dip, 10 oz.

2:
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice

3:
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

4:
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise (reg. or light)
1/2 env. taco seasoning

5:
Chopped green onion

6:
3 1/2 oz. chopped black olives

7:
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

8:
2 unpeeled tomatoes (chopped)

Start with a round plate or pizza type pan 12 inch round or larger. Layer in order given.

Step 2: Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor before spreading.

Step 3: Blend, then spread.

Put tortilla chips in a separate container and use to dip out the Tex Mex.
