EASY MINESTRONE SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced carrots
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 can Italian white kidney beans, drained
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
8 c. beef stock
1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken in pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef, onions, celery and garlic in oil. Add vegetables, stock and spices. Bring to a boil and let boil for 30 minutes. Add cabbage and spaghetti. Simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add water if necessary.
