EASY STEW | |
2 lb. stew meat Pkg. carrots, sliced into discs Pkg. frozen peas Pkg. of either Lipton onion soup or Mrs. Knor's vegetable soup Can of Campbell's cream of mushroom Can of tomato soup 1 can whole tomatoes, reserve liquid Stew meat, can even be put in frozen. Heat oven to 250 degrees. Use a large casserole. Put in stew meat. Follow with each of the ingredients listed in order. Cover and cook all day. Never open it. When you're ready to serve, this dish is great over rice noodles or mashed potatoes. Stir when you remove it from oven. |
