1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 med. onion, diced

Put all ingredients in blender and mix. Make 24 hours before using. Layer spinach with red onion-top with mushrooms and 3 hard boiled eggs, then pour dressing over it.
