CHOW MEIN 
Round steak or pork steak
1 can beef broth (soup)
2 c. celery
2 c. onion
1 head Bok Choy
Fresh mushrooms
Fresh bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch
M.S.G. (Accent)
1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Cut meat into thin strips, brown meat in hot oil, stir constantly, add vegetables. Add in order above stirring after each 1/2 minute and add broth, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, M.S.G. and cornstarch to soy sauce. Stir well add to chow mein and stir until thick.

Bring water to a boil, add 1 teaspoon salt with cover on it. Add rice when boiling and then cover and lower the heat. Cook for 15 minutes, turn off heat, let sit on burner for 10-15 minutes.
