SPAGHETTI AND MEAT SAUCE 
10 lbs. ground beef & pork
10 lbs. ground beef
1 (No. 10) can tomato sauce
1 c. bran
1/2 c. milanti mix spaghetti sauce
1 onion, chopped
3 lbs. 2 oz. spaghetti (dry)
9 x 13-inch cake pan, 1/2 full

In pan, brown meat and drain off excess fat. Add bran. Add tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, bran and onions to browned meat. Heat until warmed through. Divide evenly into 2 steamer pans. Cook spaghetti in boiling water. Drain spaghetti and place in a steamer pan with a slight amount of oil and butter.
