SPAGHETTI PIE | |
6 oz. spaghetti (cooked and drained) 2 tbsp. olive oil (or butter) 2 lg. eggs, well beaten 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese (divided) 1 c. spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 c. Ricotta cheese Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie pan. Take cooked and drained spaghetti and toss in oil, then add the beaten eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; toss again. Then place spaghetti into pie pan and pack it down. Spread the Ricotta cheese over the spaghetti, then pour the spaghetti sauce on. Bake for 25 minutes UNCOVERED. Remove from oven and spread the Mozzarella cheese on top, then place back into the oven and bake an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese. Cool for 10 minutes. Serve. |
