TURKEY-GREEN GRAPE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. green seedless grapes
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine turkey, celery, grapes and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss lightly. Serve on greens and trim with small bunch of grapes. Or serve in avocado halves brushed with lemon juice.

Makes 6 servings.
