SOUR DOUGH BREAD 
STARTER:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Mix 2 cups warm water, salt, sugar, and flour and add to above. Pour into a jar and leave at room temperature to 3 days. Stir with a wooden spoon twice a day. After 3 days, divide into 3 (1 cup) portions. For each, feed with:

FEED:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. instant potatoes
1 c. warm water

Leave out of refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours. Take out 1 cup and add the following:

BREAD:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
6 c. bread flour
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. warm water

Let rise. Then make into 3 loaves.
