1/2 lb. butter 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2/3 c. sugar 3 c. flour Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients gradually. If this has a crumbly texture, add 1 to 2 tablespoons soft butter. Divide in half and press each half into a greased 8-inch pie plate. Dab with fork several times. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It is done when very lightly brown. Cut each pan into 8 triangular pieces while hot and sprinkle with sugar. |
