YOGURT SAUCE: FOR OVER FRUIT 
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. freshly grated orange peel (or 1 tbsp. dried)
3/4 c. low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine sugar and orange peel in blender or food processor, finely mince. Add yogurt, lemon juice, orange juice and poppy seeds. Blend. Makes 1 cup.
