FRUIT CRISP 
6 c. peeled apples or peaches, sliced
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. quick oats
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix apple or peach slices together with brown sugar; mix well. In 8 inch square dish, place fruit and sugar. Mix flour, sugar, oats, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at High for 9 to 12 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
