SEAFOOD SPREAD 
1 (7 oz.) can water-packed albacore tuna (drained) or 7 oz. shrimp or crab meat
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) sour cream
1/3 c. salsa sauce
1 (7 oz.) env. Italian salad dressing mix
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
1/4 c. ripe olive slices

Place seafood of your choice in mixing bowl; break up finely with fork. Add remaining ingredients except olives; mix well. Chill. Garnish with olives and additional sauce, if desired. Serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip.
