SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 sm. head cabbage
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb. cheese
2 dozen Hi-Ho or Ritz crackers
Cream

Shred cabbage; place in enough water to cover and cook until tender. Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Crumble crackers. Cut up cheese finely and add cream to moisten well. Put all ingredients together and pour into baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
