POLISH SAUSAGE STEW 
1 lb. polish sausage
1 (16 oz.) can green beans
1 med. size onion, diced
1 to 2 green peppers, sliced
6 to 8 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut polish sausage into bite size pieces. Mix with green beans (do not drain bean juice), potatoes, onions, green peppers and salt and pepper. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker for 2 to 3 hours on low medium. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Serve with salad and bread for a quick and nutritious meal.
