GOLDEN CHEESE MUFFINS 
3 c. Bisquick
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dried chives
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. sweet cream butter (softened)
1 egg

Stir together all ingredients just until all are moistened (30-40 strokes). Fill greased muffin tins with 1/3 cup mixture. Bake until golden brown, 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
