FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding & pie filling mix
1 (29 oz.) can peach slices, well drained & cut into pieces
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Place pineapple in large mixing bowl, add pudding mix and stir to combine. Add other fruit. Fold in whipped topping and stir gently. Refrigerate several hours. Makes 16 servings (1/2 cup each).
