SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sourdough starter
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Cover and let stand overnight. In the morning add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in a small amount of water. Bake like regular pancakes.
