SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2/3 c. water
1 egg
1 pkg. yeast

Heat water and milk until warm, NOT boiling. Sprinkle yeast on top of warm water and milk mixture; mix by hand and let rest 5 minutes or so. Place water-milk-yeast mixture in bowl and beat in egg. Add Bisquick and mix until smooth. Cover bowl and let sit for at lest 30 minutes. Preheat griddle to 400 degrees and cook pancakes quickly.
