FARMER'S PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 potatoes, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. flour

Trim fat from chops and roll in flour. Brown chops in garlic in hot fat over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place sliced potatoes in baking pan; top with pork chops. Separate onion slices into rings and lay over chops. Blend in sour cream and mustard. Pour over top.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.

Makes 4 servings.
