GREEN BEANS WITH OLIVE OIL 
Olive oil
1 or 2 cans green beans
1 can stewing tomatoes
1/2 can tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Line bottom of stainless steel pan with thin layer of olive oil. Mince 1 medium onion into the oil and let simmer on low heat until brown.

Add one or two cans beans, stewing tomatoes to cover top of the pan, 1/2 can (small can) of tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste. If you enjoy potatoes, you can chunk a potato or two into the mixture. Cook on medium fire 25 to 30 minutes and serve. This tastes delicious on the second day and can be served cold.
