SEAFOOD CHOWDER | |
1 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 2 med. potatoes, diced 1 c. water 2 c. cooked seafood of choice 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. milk 1 c. light cream In a saucepan, saute the onion in the butter until tender. Add the potatoes and water, and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost tender. Add the remaining ingredients and heat gently. Do not boil. Serves 4. |
