HEALTHY GRANOLA MIX 
1 c. almonds, sliced or whole*
1 c. lightly salted cashews
3 c. Quaker Oatmeal
2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
water

Measure just enough water to dissolve sugar and to moisten mixture. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Make sure the mixture is well coated.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes on a greased pan until golden brown.

*You may substitute any kind of nuts or add sunflower seeds.
