APPLE PAN WALNUT CAKE 
1 can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda

9 x 13 inch pan. Spread pie filling in pan, sprinkle dry ingredients over apples. Beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Pour over ingredients in pan; mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.

Topping: Cook ingredients over medium heat, stirring until it boils. Pour over cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
