BAKED PASTA FLORENTINE | |
3-4 c. cooked vegetable (or plain) rotini 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked & drained 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can condensed cream of celery soup The grated rind & juice of 1/2 lemon 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 3 eggs 1/3 c. chopped onion Pepper Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top with additional cheese. Bake to melt. |
