1 c. milk chocolate bits
1 c. semi sweet bits
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter

Put all these ingredients in pan and melt over medium heat. In large container with lid put 1 box Crispix cereal after chocolate mixture is hot and all melted pour over cereal and mix. Pour 3 cups of powdered sugar on cereal. Put lid on and shake until well coated. Pour on 2 large cookie sheets and refrigerate.
