FET "TWO" CINI ALFREDO | |
1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut in strips 1/2 c. whipping cream, at room temperature 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles Cream butter. Beat whipping cream a little at a time, until well mixed. Beat in Parmesan cheese. Set aside at room temperature. Saute cooked ham in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Cook fettucini noodles according to package directions, stirring constantly, drain. Put drained fettucini in a warm bowl. Add the creamed mixture and toss very well, until all fettucini is coated. Stir in ham. Serve with extra Parmesan cheese. |
