FRIED RICE 
Chunk 3/4 skinned chicken breasts
Cut tops from broccoli
3/4 carrots, sliced
1 head cauliflower
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tsp. each: garlic powder, ginger, salt and pepper
6-8 oz. soy sauce
Olive oil OR vegetable oil (enough to cover bottom of a wok)
3 c. dry rice (cook separate)

Heat oil in wok. Add meat and onion. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until meat is done. Add spices and soy sauce. Let simmer about 3 minutes. Taste meat to see if the flavor is what you want it to be. When it suits your taste, add vegetables and toss in spices and meat mixture about 5 minutes. Stir in cooked rice.
