HOMEMADE NOODLES 
3 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. dry CoffeeMate
2 c. flour (more may be needed)

Beat eggs with water. Then add salt and oil and beat. Combine the dry ingredients and work the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Add more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. Roll dough thin on floured board and let it dry 2 hours. Roll like a jelly roll, then slice. Cook noodles in boiling broth until done. These may be frozen before they are cooked.
