CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
Dash salt
4 eggs

Place butter and water in medium size pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flour and a dash of salt and blend until smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, and mix until smooth.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet (tablespoon can be used if larger cream puff desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove top of cream puff and remove inside and fill as desired.

FILLING SUGGESTION:

1 lg. box instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 pkg. Dream Whip
2 c. milk

Mix according to directions for instant pudding.
