SWORDFISH GRILL | |
1/4 c. red wine vinegar or raspberry vinegar 1/2 c. olive oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 1/2 tsp. tarragon 1 1/2-2 lb. swordfish Mayonnaise Marinate swordfish in vinegar, oil, garlic and tarragon for 20 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and spread both sides with mayonnaise. Barbeque or broil until done, about 6-7 minutes per side depending upon thickness. |
