FRESH FRUIT SUNDAE 
1 honeydew melon (and-or other melons in season)
1 cantaloupe
1 pineapple
2 peaches
1 Granny Smith apple
Juice of 2 oranges
1/2 pt. strawberries
1/2 pt. red or green seedless grapes
1/2 pt. blueberries & raspberries (or blackberries)
Mint sprigs
Kiwi slices
Plain yogurt
Granola
Coconut
Raw unsalted sunflower seeds
Honey

Choose the fruit according to what is in season and most tasty at the moment. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. Pour the juice on the peaches and apples to prevent browning. Stir well, pushing apples and peaches below the surface, avoiding too much air contact and therefore further reducing the risk of browning.

On top, sprinkle the strawberries, red or green seedless grapes, blueberries and raspberries (or blackberries). Garnish with healthy sprigs of fresh mint and sliced kiwi. Guests can help themselves to any or all of the toppings. This makes a perfect breakfast served with a large fresh croissant, homemade jams, coffee, teas, juices and milk.
