VERY FLUFFY HONEY CAKE 
12 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
1 lb. honey
3/4 c. oil
1 lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg whites until stiff gradually. Add 1 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Beat yolks with remaining sugar until lemon colored. Add honey, oil, juice and cinnamon. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Gently combine egg whites, yolks and flour until well blended and there are no lumps.

Turn into a paper lined 10 x 15 inch pan or 2 x 10 inch tube pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for an additional hour.
