CHICK - A - BIDDY CASSEROLE | |
1 chicken, cut up with skin removed 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 c. long cooking rice, uncooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 soup cans boiling water Grease large baking dish. Spread rice evenly in bottom and then shake onion soup mix over rice. Place chicken on top of rice. Slowly combine boiling water with soup and pour over chicken and rice. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; uncover for last 1/2 hour. Serves 4-5. |
