CRANBERRY PECAN BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. apple cider of juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Grease loaf pan. In bowl stir flour, cranberries, sugar, pecans, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat egg; add apple cider and mayonnaise. Add to flour mixture. Spoon into pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour.
