FUDGE SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi sweet chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate. Add sugar. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Bring just to a full boil; then turn off heat; add vanilla. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Store in refrigerator. May be reheated over low heat or in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
