FUDGE SAUCE | |
4 tbsp. butter 2 (1 oz.) sq. semi sweet chocolate 1 c. sugar 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla In small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate. Add sugar. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Bring just to a full boil; then turn off heat; add vanilla. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Store in refrigerator. May be reheated over low heat or in microwave. |
