LET-THEM-MAKE-IT-THEMSELVES
FRENCH BREAD PIZZA
 
1 long loaf French bread, split and halved
1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu Pizza Quick sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 c. pitted sliced black olives
1/2 c. pepperoni slices
4 tbsp. minced fresh parsley, basil, oregano

Put French bread on baking sheet. Top each quarter with Ragu sauce and sprinkling of cheese. Layer vegetables and pepperoni evenly on top of each quarter. Sprinkle with herbs. Cover with remaining cheese. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
